Ravi is a visionary executive with a proven record in driving innovation and new business growth. He has 30+ years of experience developing new technologies and businesses. Most recently, Ravi served as the VP & GM of Dow Chemical as the global leader for the Lightweight division. Previously, he was the CEO of Dow Kokam from the company's inception, and has prior experience as Director of Global BD and Ventures at Dow Chemical. Translating his industry experience into public policy, Ravi also served as the CEO's liason for the White House's Advanced Manufacturing Committee. Ravi has also provided guidance to 5+ companies as a member on their Board of Directors.
Erin O'Driscoll, PhD

Erin O’Driscoll is an experienced Research & Development and New Business Development executive with experience across a broad range of chemistries. As Global Director for Ventures and Business Development at Dow she managed a portfolio of growth projects prioritized to enable growth into strategic adjacencies. Erin’s experience includes many technology areas such interfacial and colloid science, coatings and functional polymers, and feedstocks into renewable resources. Erin led R&D for Dow Kokam, Dow’s joint venture to commercialize lithium-ion batteries in North America building the program from ground up and won a $5 million DoE grant for higher performance chemistries.
Mark Jones, PhD
3S Global Advisors
Served as Executive External Strategy and Communications Fellow for Dow Chemical, including responsibility for next generation sustainability goals associated with innovation at Dow. In 2017, he was named a Fellow of the American Chemical Society, Mark currently serves on and is past co-chair of the National Academy’s Chemical Sciences Roundtable. He is a co-author on the recently released National Research Council reports on ARPA-E and “Sustainable Development of Algal Biofuels in the United States”. Mark was a member of the Board of Directors of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) Industrial has chaired DOE review panels for the Office of the Biomass Program from 2007-2011 and continues to serve as a reviewer for DOE.
His early Dow career was spent in Catalysis where he discovered a family of catalysts useful for conversion of ethane directly to vinyl chloride. Mark has experience in many areas of technology, including chemical processing, the processing of inorganic materials, fuel cell development, battery materials, cellulosic conversion, polymer recycling.
Cheng Li, MS PhD

Cheng is an experienced global business and market development executive with deep expertise in commercializing advanced materials technologies (ceramics, carbon fiber composites, lithium-ion batteries) and structuring international partnerships in many industries- Automotive to Renewable Energy. Has a unique passion and expertise for scale-up and hands-on development of proof-of-concept for novel technologies working with customers.
